We want you to enjoy the river worry-free. These are the rules for date changes and refunds:

| More than 48 hours before departure | 100% refund or free date change |
| Between 24 and 48 hours before | 50% refund |
| Less than 24 hours before | No refund |
| Bad weather or unsafe conditions | Guaranteed priority rescheduling, at no cost |
- Free date changes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
- Refunds are made to the same payment method used for the booking.
- To cancel or change your booking, message us on WhatsApp +56 9 7885 1069 or write to correntinosrafting@gmail.com with your name and booked date.
